The advance payment is returned in the amount of 100% if there is a cancellation of the service on our initiative. For example: when the weather interferes with the event, etc.

In other cases, the advance payment is not refundable. Plans may change, but we are understanding and offer to keep it as a deposit to use for another date on another day. The deposit is retained for 2 months.

If the order is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, the prepayment will be forfeited.

The romantic atmosphere on a date is, of course, a saxophone. Our team has a wonderful musician who will create a musical atmosphere for you.

If you want a different musical accompaniment, we have additional options in the choice of music and instrument. Please inform our administrator about your wishes, and we will select the right option for you.
