The prepayment is refunded in the amount of 100% if there is a cancellation of the reservation on our initiative. For example: for some services - when the weather interferes with the rest, etc.

Plans may change. And we are understanding. Therefore, if you are unable to use the booked service on the agreed day - let us know in advance - and if there were no special costs yet - we will save your prepayment as a deposit to use for another date, on another day. The deposit is kept for 3 months.

If the order is canceled in less than 1 day, the prepayment will not be refunded.

The romantic atmosphere on a date is, of course, a saxophone. Our team has a wonderful musician who will create a musical atmosphere for you.

If you want a different musical accompaniment, we have additional options in the choice of music and instrument. Please inform our administrator about your wishes, and we will select the right option for you.

* Force majeure (weather, any other situations that do not depend on us), we are always in touch, and if something goes wrong, our administrator will be sure to contact you and warn about the situation. The prepayment is your guarantee of a reserve location for you, and the confidence that everything will be ready at the right time.
